Currency update file available for Calc
The currency update file can be downloaded by going to the Currency Update page and following the instructions. If you are using Calc (any version) you can now download a properties file with up-to-date currency conversions.
<h1>Currency Update</h1>

If you are using Calc, you can download a properties file containing
up-to-date currency conversions. The file was last updated
<span id="ctl00_PlaceHolderMain_LastUpdated"></span>.

Right-click on <a href="/public/CurrencyRates.prp"><strong>this link</strong></a>
and select "Save As" or "Save Target As" from the menu. Then save the
file to your Calc directory. Usually this will be something like <strong>
C:\\Program Files\\Calc98*</strong>. Now follow the steps below
depending on which version of Calc you are using:</p>
<h4>
Calc Version 5.3 for Windows:</h4>
<p>
Run Calc and select the Units dialog by clicking on the Units button,
and click on the Edit button next to the properties drop-down box. If it
is there, select "currency" from the properties list and click on the
"Delete" button to remove the old currency data. Close the properties
edit window and the properties window (if prompted to save the
properties click "Cancel", as there is no need to save at this point).
Now click on the Opt button and select the Data tab. Click on the Load
Properties button and choose the file you just downloaded and click on
the Load button. When the file has loaded click on the Save Properties
button and type "default" as the file name and make sure it is saved to
your Calc directory. This will ensure that the properties, which now
include the updated currency data, will always be loaded when you start
Calc. You can now close the Options dialog box. You should now have
updated currency data!</p>

Calc Version 5.6 for Windows:</h4>
<p>
Run Calc and select the Units dialog and click on the Edit button next
to the properties drop-down box. Select "currency" from the properties
list and click on the "Delete" button to remove the old currency data.
Close the properties edit window and the properties window (if prompted
to save the properties click "Cancel", as there is no need to save at
this point). Now select Load Properties from the File menu and select
the file you just downloaded. Finally, use the Save Properties option
from the File menu and and type "default" as the file name and make sure
it is saved to your Calc directory. This will ensure that the
properties, which now include the updated currency data, will always be
loaded when you start Calc. You should now have updated currency data!</p>

Calc Version 5.3 for Pocket PC</h4>

You will need to copy the file you downloaded to the device. The easiest
way to do this is to open ActiveSync and click on the Explore button.
Then navigate to your "My Documents" directory. You can now transfer the
file you just downloaded by dragging and dropping. Next, run Calc and
select the Units dialog and click on the Edit button next to the
properties drop-down box. If it is there, select "currency" from the
properties list and click on the "Delete" button to remove the old
currency data. Close the properties edit window and the properties
window (if prompted to save the properties click "No", as there is no
need to save at this point). Now select Load Properties from the File
menu and select the file you just downloaded. Finally, use the Save
Properties option from the File menu and type "default" as the file name
and make sure it is saved to your Calc directory. This will ensure that
the properties, which now include the updated currency data, will always
be loaded when you start Calc. You should now have updated currency
data!</p>

Calc Version 5.6 for Pocket PC</h4>
