Calculated Industries specializes in application-specific calculators for industries such as construction, real estate and DIY. Calculated Industries was incorporated in California in early 1978 before moving to Carson City, Nevada, USA in the 1990s. Their first product was the Loan Arranger which simplified real estate (property) loan payments. This was followed by a succession of products for the construction industry, with a number of other speciality calculators.
